OMG, this site showcases so many yummy products which meant I was constantly hungry whilst working on it – and probably gained a kg or 2 🙂
With the advent of Corona, Café de Zak could no longer serve customers on site so decided to pursue a take away and delivery service for their lunches and dinners. They came to me to help with the e-commerce side of the operation after WooCommerce had been installed on their site. Unfortunately the site utilises an older theme which did not support WooCommerce, so I came on board to customise the styling, make the theme Woo-ready and then to set up the store.
The café shop also needed “pickup/delivery” slot functionality which was further complicated by the rules that only some meals could be delivered, and other products needed custom pickup times. After A LOT of research & testing of plugins to find one that fit their requirements, I finally came across this one by Coderockz who was able to answer all my many pre-sales questions and provide fast support after purchasing it.
